Privacy Policy
Information we collect
We store your account sign-in information and email address; your private saved business leads and notes; your chosen access plans, request dates, plan prices and durations; payment and approval status; payment references when recorded by the owner; access start and expiration dates; and an audit history of owner decisions. We do not collect card numbers, security codes, or saved payment cards in this application.
Why we collect it
Account and email information is used to sign you in and communicate about your account. Saved leads are stored so your research persists between sessions. Plan, payment-status and access records are used to verify payments, manage fixed-period access, provide support, and investigate security or payment disputes. Customers can read only their own requests and saved leads. Authorized owners can review payment requests, payment references, internal notes, access grants, and audit history. Owner approval does not give access to customers' private lead records through the application.
Third-party services
Lovable Cloud hosts account and application data. Google Maps / Places receives business search terms to provide listings. Social sign-in is processed by the selected identity provider. If you contact the owner by email or WhatsApp, that provider processes your message; the prepared message includes your account email, plan, price, and request ID. Any external payment provider processes payment under its own terms and privacy policy.
Retention and deletion
Your account, saved leads, requests and access records are kept while your account exists. Expiration or revocation of paid access does not remove your account, leads, or payment history. You can delete individual saved leads in My Leads, and you can permanently delete your account in Settings. Account deletion removes your sign-in account, saved leads and notes, access grants, and role records, and anonymizes legacy payment requests by removing your email, payment reference and notes. Free-text refund reasons and notes are removed; limited PayPal transaction and refund references remain with pseudonymous financial records and audit evidence where permitted or required for accounting, disputes, security or legal obligations.
Records we may retain
Where permitted or required by law, we retain limited records for legitimate legal, accounting, security, or fraud-prevention reasons: anonymized payment request records (without your email, payment reference, or notes) the owner decision audit history, and limited PayPal payment/refund references with pseudonymous purchase records. Retention periods depend on applicable legal requirements; contact support for review of your records. These retained records are not used for any other purpose.
Browser storage and cookie choices
Leadora uses browser storage for your sign-in session, older device-saved leads, and your cookie preferences. The preference record stores your choices, the time saved, and the notice version on this device. There are currently no optional analytics or advertising integrations in the application. You can review or change your choices through Cookie Settings in the footer without disabling essential sign-in or payment functionality. See the Cookie Policy for details. Operational errors may be logged by hosting services; the editor preview may receive error diagnostics. These are not advertising measurements.
Your choices and contact
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information by contacting leadora.businessai@gmail.com, or delete your account yourself in Settings. The browser stores your sign-in session; older browser-saved leads remain on that device until you remove browser storage. We use authenticated access checks and owner-scoped access rules; no absolute security guarantee or legal-compliance certification is claimed.
