Terms of Service

Last Updated: October 18, 2026

1. Introduction

Welcome to Leadora (“Leadora,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Leadora website, account, and services. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms and any applicable policies referenced here.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the service.

Business information:

  • Leadora is an online-only service. It has no physical storefront or office open to the public, and all support is provided online.
  • Contact email: leadora.businessai@gmail.com
  • The operator's legal name and a postal address for formal legal notices are available on request by email, where the law requires them to be provided.

2. Description of the Service

Leadora helps users discover businesses and organize potential leads for business development, including outreach for website design and other business services.

Depending on availability, the service may display business names, categories, addresses, phone numbers, website listing status, and links to third-party business listings.

Information may be obtained from third-party providers, including Google Places.

Leadora does not guarantee that information is complete, current, or accurate. A business with no website listed in a third-party listing may still have a website.

Users are responsible for verifying information before relying on it or contacting a business.

Leadora does not guarantee any particular number of leads, sales, clients, revenue, or business results.

3. Eligibility and Accounts

You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your login credentials secure.

You are responsible for activity carried out through your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

You may not impersonate another person, provide fraudulent information, or attempt to access another user's account.

If age restrictions or parental-consent requirements apply under the laws relevant to a user or transaction, those requirements must be followed.

4. Plans, Pricing, and Access Duration

Leadora currently offers the following one-time access plans:

  • Monthly Access: $15 for 30 days.
  • 6-Month Access: $75 for 180 days.
  • Annual Access: $135 for 360 days.

The price and duration displayed at checkout before payment apply to that purchase.

Access begins after the payment has been successfully verified and the account has been authorized by the system.

Purchasing a plan does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of third-party services or business information.

5. Payments and Automatic Renewal

Payments are processed through PayPal.

All plans are one-time purchases. Leadora does not automatically renew plans or charge customers again when their access period expires.

Customers who wish to continue using the service after expiration may purchase another plan.

Leadora does not store a customer's full PayPal password or full payment-card credentials.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

Customers request cancellation or refund by emailing leadora.businessai@gmail.com with their account email and PayPal transaction reference.

Under Leadora's standard voluntary refund policy, customers may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of the server-verified payment-confirmation date, independent of a future stacked access start, subject to applicable law and the conditions described in the Billing & Refund Policy.

Requests made after 14 days may be reviewed individually. Nothing in these Terms limits or waives mandatory cancellation, withdrawal, refund, or consumer protection rights.

Refunds are reviewed and processed manually by the owner through PayPal. Submitting a request does not mean that a refund has been approved or completed.

Where applicable law requires a specific cancellation method, deadline, refund, or remedy, Leadora will follow the applicable legal requirements.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use Leadora for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive activities.
  • Violate privacy, data protection, direct marketing, or anti-spam laws.
  • Use business contact information unlawfully or send prohibited communications.
  • Attempt to bypass payment verification or access controls.
  • Access other users' accounts, private information, or records without authorization.
  • Interfere with the service, compromise its security, or attempt unauthorized access to its systems.
  • Reverse engineer, copy, resell, or redistribute the service or its protected materials except as permitted by law and applicable licenses.
  • Use automated collection methods in ways that violate applicable law, third-party terms, or Leadora's technical restrictions.

You are responsible for determining whether your use of lead information and your outreach activities comply with the laws that apply to you.

8. Third-Party Services and Data

Leadora may rely on third-party services, including Google Places and PayPal.

Third-party services may change, become unavailable, or return inaccurate or incomplete information. Leadora does not control those independent services.

Your use of third-party services may also be subject to their own terms and policies.

Leadora does not claim ownership of third-party trademarks, listings, or other materials belonging to their respective owners.

9. Intellectual Property

The Leadora name, branding, website interface, original content, and proprietary software are owned by or licensed to Leadora, except for third-party materials.

You may use the service for its intended purpose under these Terms.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit Leadora's protected materials without authorization, except where permitted by applicable law.

10. Service Availability and Changes

We aim to keep Leadora available and functional but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.

Maintenance, technical problems, security issues, or third-party outages may temporarily affect availability.

We may modify or discontinue features where reasonably necessary, subject to applicable law and any rights customers have concerning paid access.

We will not use this clause to avoid mandatory consumer obligations.

11. Suspension and Termination

We may restrict or suspend an account where reasonably necessary to address fraud, abuse, unauthorized access, security risks, or material violations of these Terms.

Where required by law, we will provide appropriate notice, explanation, or an opportunity to resolve the issue.

Suspension or termination does not remove any applicable cancellation, refund, or consumer protection rights.

Customers may request account deletion through the account settings where that feature is available. Account deletion and purchase cancellation are separate processes.

12. Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Leadora is provided on an “as available” basis.

We do not guarantee that every business listing is accurate, that every business lacks a website, or that use of the service will generate commercial results.

Nothing in these Terms excludes guarantees, warranties, or rights that cannot legally be excluded.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Leadora is not liable for indirect or consequential losses resulting from the use of the service.

Nothing in this section excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, including applicable mandatory consumer rights.

Any liability limitation must be interpreted in accordance with the law applicable to the relevant transaction.

14. Privacy

Our handling of personal information is described in the Leadora Privacy Policy.

Users should review the Privacy Policy to understand what information is collected, how it is used, and what rights may apply.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

The latest version will be published on this page with an updated revision date. Where required by law, we will notify users or obtain consent before changes take effect.

16. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are subject to applicable law.

Any governing-law or dispute-resolution provision will apply only to the extent legally enforceable and will not remove mandatory consumer rights.
